Talithia joined Grassroots Collaborative in 2017. As the Operations and Administrative Manager, she manages general operations, human resources, finance, and provides administrative and clerical support. Prior to joining Grassroots Collaborative, Talithia served as the Director of Operations & Human Resources at the Illinois African American Coalition for Prevention. She brings over seven years of experience in non-profit operations management to the team.
