Organizing 101 Training

Join JCUA for an exciting and full day of learning on the basics of community organizing! We will discuss community organizing as a method of social change, define important concepts we use in organizing like self-interest and power, and learn tools for building strong relationships that are the foundation for our work. Northeast “Treatment Not Trauma” Townhall

Join Treatment Not Trauma for a community conversation on the Northeast Side. This Townhall will bring together a local coalition of community members, elected officials, and community organizations and institutions to build community with our neighbors and learn more about the Treatment Not Trauma Campaign, CARE vans, and Public Mental Health Centers. This will be one of a series of events around the city throughout summer and fall. Doors will open at 6pm for a Resource Fair, conversation from 6:30-8pm.
